What You Need to Pay Online


Welcome to the City of Portland's Online Parking Ticket Payment Service. Online payments are accepted by Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover Card. All payment transactions are performed through secure internet servers.

Items you will need before getting started:
  • Vehicle license plate number or parking ticket number
  • Your Credit Card number and expiration date

IF BOOTED, TO HAVE YOUR VEHICLE RELEASED: All tickets over 10 days old and the boot fee must be paid. Payments must be made in cash or credit no checks will be accepted for booted vehicles.

Portal Fees


The PortlandParkingTickets.com site is charging a "Portal Fee" of $3.00 per ticket.

The fee does not come to City of Portland; it stays with the third party provider, which administers Portland's parking ticket site. In this age of tight budgets the city elected to pass this cost along to site users rather than fund it as a broad general tax base cost to all taxpayers. We trust you'll understand the logic.
