How do I get a replacement recycle cart?

Contact our office by email:   or call during regular business hours 8:00am-4:30pm @ 207-756-8011.We will need your property address and the serial number from the front of any existing carts. We do have a one week waiting period prior to replacing a missing cart, because most times it shows up on the next service day on the street.  Please search the neighborhood to find your cart prior to contacting us, thank you. To maximize our efficiency when delivering a replacement cart we schedule delivery a week in advance, so please plan accordingly. Hold onto your recycling, ask a neighbor if they have room in their cart or take it to Riverside Recycling to the silver bullet drop off recycling containers.
